I Paul Ngetich was born in Chepalungu Bomet County studied at Kipkeigei primary school and joint Kaplong vocational training and did welding and fabrication. After that I seek for employment but it became difficult.
I later married and we have blessed with children. After marying I decided to go busy towns to seek welding job and I managed to be attached to a company called plumbing system limited as welder. We continued with the company for eight months and finished my contract and come back home.
I later start a small Welding workshop and continue with that business by welding steel windows, doors, steel gates, and general repairs. By the time goes the business went down due to uchumi ya Kenya .Despite the hards and challenges facing I didn't loos hope with my business and start mobile work by going house to house asking for damaged equipment and blunt tools by welding and sharpening. I struggled with it despite challenges and upto now I am continuing with it.
Ensure my workshop run on smoothly and busy buy ensuring there is enough materials, equipments, manpower and also enough power and rent to allow me to work well. Also if there is any repairs raised by costomers who are not near town the money will support me in transport to the costomers residents.
