Hello, I am a father of 4 girls,whom I have so much love and adore so much.I am a graduate of Social work,I pursued my diploma at Technical University of Kenya.My wife and I separated 6 Years back from financial difficulties and by then my twin girls who are now 8 years of age were really sickly most of the time.I began from scratch since I was hardly employed at the time.I started a small grocery kiosk where I have been able to grow and expand,,to even set up 2 other stores as well in different areas.
My eldest girl just completed her high school and is looking forward to joining college come January.I really enjoy spending time with my kids,going to church with them and also I like to think am not a bad football player myself.
I have most common vegetables consumers mostly buy in Nairobi;Sukuma wiki,spinach,tomatoes,onions,carrots,coriander,among others.With time i expanded and started eggs wholesale and retail as well.Also,some clients prefer already cooked foods like beans and so I do this as well.
I have managed to employ 2 other people to help me manage the other stores.
I chose this business because when I was starting my twin girls were barely 3 years old and I wanted something that had the flexibility to look after them as well.
From the revenue,I take care of my family's needs,school fees,rent for the businesses ans injecting the profits to add inventory.
My plans with the funding are to add inventory:vegetables,eggs and settle this month's rent to dive me a boost to satisfy my customers needs especially as children are on holiday,I hope to sell more than usual.From there,i would want to stabilize my two other stores to help me prepare for another school year come January
