I am a hardworking guy since childhood. I attended primary in Mombasa where I passed well and joined Afraha High School from there I went to Kisii University and did a BSc. Actuarial Science. Currently doing an accounting course(KASNEB- CIFA) as I think of my masters when I get enough funds. I never lose hope easily and usually work hard to achieve my goals. I like serving my fellows in the community that's why I started farming and selling my produce to the locals. I overcome hardship on campus by working part-time and also opening some snacks shop which I sold to students to raise extra cash owing to the fact that I lost my parents immediately after high school. I could like the best for my siblings since they look after me as their role model being the firstborn.
I have leased a small farm where I plant my vegetables andfruits for sale. I am also saving in a fixed account to buy a bigger farm and do commercial farming in the near future. so far the melons are the main focus
I plan to purchase essential farm sprays and equipment needed to improve my farming operations with the funds. Specifically, I will use the funds to buy high-quality pesticides and herbicides to protect our crops from pests and diseases and acquire equipment that will make my work more efficient and productive.
Having these tools and resources will allow me to produce higher-quality crops and increase my yield. This, in turn, will improve my income and help me grow my farm business sustainably. The equipment will also save time and reduce the physical effort required in my daily work, allowing me to manage the farm more effectively.
