i'm in university i have a passion for craft and art. i'm a self motivated person relying mainly on my mistakes to overcome future hurdles. i'm very cautious of steps i make and take notes (most times) of the backdrops of things i do. i have been into craft since my days in high school, but after joining university the financial hurdles challenged me to take my passion to another level, of course i cant forget the pressure my friends gave me claiming that "you have a big potential". maybe that's true. i reside in kisii county, Kenya (land of bananas). music is over rated but that's my passion. from blues to hip to trance to dance-hall ; lets just say music is my main tool of work- since i always have earphones while crafting.
i make handbags and pouches from trending art and market options.
i also market ready made hand bags from friends and associates.
university students always have a thing for trending content and goods making this a business of guaranteed returns. my crafts come from freelancing, friends' ideas pinterest just to name afew. this dint start as a business, it was a passion that had a business potential- i'm still taking the baby steps but i believe it is heading somewhere.
i spend avaregly 10 dollars per week on materials and my marchandise take approximately 2 weeks to have a full set. i sell at about 25dollars per product. hence the small margin of 5 dollars. the low margin is because its a part time job, plus i mainly work alone (will advance in the future)
want to refurnish my job place to attract more clientele
