My name is Bertha Kabaso a number 2 of the siblings i am a Zambian and a Chingola resident, i am single young lady and a hard working.
During my childhood i really loved learning academically for my Dady is a math teacher and so a math subject became a favourite to me, Moreover, i am also at a university of Zambia doing a degree in math. And ather thing i loved also and not for getting is going to Church, and playing netball as for fitness.
For me to achieve an important goals used to be smart timetable of doing things is concerned i made a timetable of studying academically, of going to Church and and also of playing and academically i achieved a very important goal of having a grade 12 certificate with flying colours which made me to be accepted at the university of Zambia and start doing a course in math teaching.
My Mother is a hair dresser so learnt from her and i am not busy i used to help doing the customers hair because she has a lot of customers and when the time for me came to go to university she gave me 5000 ZMW and thought of what to do with the money and i made up my mind of starting hair salon, i rent a shop and i worked for 3 months before i started going for School thereafter i employed 2 ladies to be doing the job and continued with my School.
The culture of my land i dislike it because many girls they start taking bear at a tender age and going into married early and for this reason they don't further the education
My children i want started teaching the moral behaviour when they stiil young so that when they grow they never go away as the bible says and i also want them to pursue education and be teachers and Doctors.
I love playing netball, studying math and studying bible.
I am doing a hair saloon as well as Schooling at the university of Zambia and my business is being run by the 2 workers while i am busy with School.
The hair salon business is very good kind of business because it has a lot of customers and it has a profit of which per week i make over 1500 ZMW. And this profit i use it to pay my 2 wokers 1000 ZMW each at the end of a month and 1500 ZMW i reinvest it into the business and 800 ZMW i pay for rental and 1700 ZMW i use it for my expenses in School.
The loan i want is for buying a School laptop which will cost me 6000 ZMW and and paying for my fees which will cost me 40000 ZMW for 4 years of my degrees course in math.
When i get the fund from Zidisha i i will invest it into my hair salon business i will buy wigs and ather artificial hair to use when plaiting the customer's hair and then when i make profit out of it i want to buy a School laptop.
