My name is Dorcas kasaya mombaya, a mother to four children and a very passionate entrepreneur who relies on day to day business to survive.
I started my egg supply business after college, my parents used to keep chicken so it was easy for me to start having support from parents with a flock of 100 layers and 10 cocks I was good to go.
My children are in high school and lower primary school all depends on me for education and survival.
I sell eggs and broiler chicken for meat at a small deport in my estate, people within consume eggs alot that make the business ideal. I also sell milk along side eggs which is consumed on daily basis for tea.
I collect 200 eggs daily from the farm and sell at 30 kenya shillings, after receiving expenses I make a profit of 13 kenya shillings per egg.
I will use the income to reinvest back into the business, school fees, clothing's and savings.
I will use this loan to buy one day old broilers chiks from ken chick company, I will later raise the broilers and sale at three months earning me a decent income as I struggle to meet my customers demand.
