In our part of the country Ghana, Sanitation remains a big challenge for central government to deal with largely because it is a remote community, illiteracy is high, poverty levels are high among the village folks as a results settlements are not well structure. within this last 2 weeks, there has been about 5 heavy rains. people lost property as a result of flooding resulting from the poor drainage systems.
