About Me
My name is Sawadogo Noufou. I am single without children. I was born in Bobo, Area 22 Accart City. I hold a certificate of agri-food processing. I went through a three year training at a trade training center in Koudougou, in the center of Burkina. I did my primary and secondary school in Bobo. I also did internships in several companies in food-processing and quality for products, with the support of the Ministry of Employment which trained us and gave us start-up funds. My business activity is in the manufacturing of vinegar and packaging in small bags. I work a lot with the quality control department that visits all the time. I work from home with more than ten women and several young boys.
My Business
My vinegar manufacturing business is profitable, especially that I have the support of all my family, my dad and my mom. I buy raw materials to process and I have two machines to glue the small plastic bags. My father built a house out of more than twenty pieces of sheet metal for me, well equipped with an electricity meter. I sell my products all over the city and in provinces. I work with over ten women and young boys who are all salaried workers. I spend 100,000 to 150,000,000 francs in wages and bills, and I'm able to provide my dad and my mother with a lot of things, as well as my younger brothers who are still in school. I'm requesting a credit from Zidisha to improve my conditions of work and those of my workers, and I plan to meet the payment terms of your loan. I wish you a happy new year 2015. Je suis Sawadogo Noufou je suis célibataire sans enfant je suis né à bobo dans le secteur 22 Accart- ville, je suis titulaire d’une attestation de transformation des produits agro-alimentaires. J’ai suivi durant trois ans cette formation dans un centre de formation à Koudougou dans le centre est du Burkina .j’ai fait mon école primaire et secondaire à bobo .J’ai aussi fait des stages dans plusieurs société dans le domaine de transformation et en qualité des produits, avec le soutien du ministère de l’emploi qui nous formait et nous donne des font de déroulement .Mon activité est la fabrication du vinaigré et la mise en sachets. Je travaille beaucoup avec le service de contrôle qualité qui passe à tout moment pour des visites. Je travaille à la maison avec plus de dix femmes et des jeunes garçons.

Mon activité de fabrication du vinaigre est bénéfique surtout que j’ai le soutien de toute ma famille, mon papa et ma mère .Je paie des produits pour la transformation et j’ai deux machines qui servent à coller les sachets.
