My name is Saviour Bedzrah . A Ghanaian from Akatsi located at the southern part of Volta Region. But I currently live in Accra. I graduated from Amasaman Senior High School in 2012.
I spent my childhood ages with my parents Amasaman before my mother passed away and my father remarried another woman. I relocate myself to my homeland just after my Senior High School Education because of my Step mother . when i went to Akatsi my people showed me kindness just that they have money to send me back to school to continue my education. But I entered into a craft to save money for my tertiary education.
.
When at Volta Region with my people they forced me to learn a craft and that is how to weave kente and because that is the kind of work the youth do even though they do farming too but they do that just for food which i found to be bad, i try to know how to weave kente very well that i am now a muster of my own, I move from Akatsi to Accra with the Kente weaving because is close to the market and now that i know where to do the selling myself. I have two people whom i paid to weave for me so every week i sale 3 sets of Kente, Kente is Africa wear, it has many colours won by Chiefs and Elders during special occasions.
I will use the loan to buy more tread, Since with two people in addition to myself can weave 3 set a week , with this loan am going to employ additional 4 people and they are ready only that the material which is the tread is not ready. So i weave about 8 set a week with it profit about 60% after paying the workers. paying every week can never be a problem because i know the business am going.
