About Me

I am married by my husband who also live in here Gilgil doing business, I have three children who are schooling in a near by school. I live in plot number 88 near d.c office in the back.in this plot is where i live with my family of 4.Gilgil is about 125 kilometer from Nairobi and also is 50 kilometer from Nakuru town which is the nearest town. about my education I was married young because of the poverty around my parent and also i was the old one in our family which consist of 4 boys and 3 girls, I didn't reach to college because my parent couldn't afford my education but Complete my Class 8, but lack of education didn't affect my live as such because i have the knowledge in business which i get from those parent because my mam use to sell vegetable in our village and sometime she teach me how to do business,i remember one time she told me that in business if you don't get profit there is no business your doing better to leave that business and start another and from that time I remember that and also i have experience that in my business.

My Business

my business entail general shop in this side of town where I have many customers who came to get services from the d.c office and also I am located in a place where population is going up every day.i also surrounded by many video show here and you know in this area many young people like viewing video and if thy need anything like soda, bread also cigarette i sell to them, also i have a small green grocer here in my shop where I sell banana and also fruit of many kinds, this people love eating fruit when they are watching movies like Sunday from 10.00 am I can sell a good profit that can cover the whole week. the business is very profitable and the demand of my good is in high demand. the main challenge is high price of commodity thus made me also to hike sometime my price, also high cost of electricity and lack of adequate finance to buy what my customer prefer, high cost of living in this country which is accelerated by inflation in this country. if I can get finance from I can get this thing in low price in Nairobi and there the price is lower not like Nakuru or Naivasha. This place of Gilgil is the fastest growing town in this area because after 2007 tribal clashes many people came here from every where, like from Molo, NNakuru and some of them didn't return to that place again so thy prefer to stay here and thy have became our customers

Encountering a cash flow shortage that lead to closely inspect my business plan, processes, operations, and expenses.
This will help me adjust my business plan to focus on services that generate the most profit, let go of my clients who might be costing me more money than i realize, optimize my pricing structure and also identify areas of waste or unnecessary expense to remove from my operations.
