About Me

I'm Gabriel Ayemba from Kakamega county. Kakamega is found in western part of Kenya. I'm 65 years of age.I started maize production when I completed standard seven. I did well in my examination but opted to to enrol in secondry education due to financial situation s. I'm hardworking man with ambitions, I'm working so hard to support my grand children in their education together with my wife.

My Business

My business came to exist when I discovered my ability to do farming. I have passion in my farming job. I'm a small scale farmer, I have been growing varieties of crops in my farm. The major crops I grow are maize, beans, ground nuts, cassava and potatoes, I also include other varieties of crop subsidize my major ones. I usually do rotational cropping.

Loan Proposal

I will use 15 USD to purchase seeds, 2 USD will go for fertilizer and he remaining 6 use will go for labour. The income will increase by 10 USD which will be used to expand the project and also to repay zidish loan.

Income Source

I'm a professional welder and I do welding as a part time job. I normally earn good amount of money. In case the main business face risks, I will use the money from welding to repay the loan.
