Lenders cannot assist with anything administrative. Like borrowers, we merely create an account on the platform (in our case, to upload funds to help borrowers, which the Zidisha Team Staff then manages; currently the Zidisha Team Staff consists of just two (2) people: www.zidisha.org/team - to contact them privately, send a message through the HELP link in your account). The Zidisha Team Staff is the intermediary between the borrowers and the lenders, and only they can help you with anything administrative.

Please also be aware that these Discussion pages (and the pages in the Forum, too) are *publicly* visible. You never ever should upload any private information (phone numbers, email addresses, National Id. Number, etc.) to any *public* page on the Internet. Always send that information privately to the Staff only. (That is for your own protection against potential identity theft and other potential abuses of your personal information.)

Hi Yegon, you are listed as the Volunteer mentor for Joseph Koech. He's only made 1 payment and that was in January, by now he should have made 9. If you can provide any feedback on this situation that'd be much appreciated.

    Hi Sammy,

You have missed all your payment schedules, havent made any repayment, no efforts and no communications from you at all.
How's your repayment reschedule going ?
Do you still have any efforts to repay or you'd like to run away ?
Hope to hear that you are fine and healthy.

Lauren thanks for your concern, yeah i am currently his VM and i promise to follow up and update you on his progress and of the reason why he has kept quite. Most of the borrowers whom have contacted them recently kept telling me of their business failure or that they are sick or rather experienced difficulty in running operations of their business. Otherwise borrowers are so happy and grateful of what you lenders are doing towards improving their lives. Most of them though they fail to pay on time they will make sure all the amount due to them will be re-payed in full once they get cash. May God bless you and continue touching lives in Africa.

Regarding repayments from people you are Mentor for. We lenders would really apreciate that borrowers repays a smaller amonut than nothing when they have trouble repaying.
