About Me

Am a Kenyan aged 41yrs (Female) and am currently in a farming project where I do commercial layers. I have 250 layers at the moment by September am planning to add another 150 layers coz I have an extra cage that is empty. I'm also starting a rabbit farm where I have 1 male and 2 females with 13 kits which am planning to expand to 100 rabbits when finance allows. These projects are doing well at the moment because there is a ready market for eggs and rabbits for slaughter. I am moving closer to financial freedom as I also ensure that my clients have all they need from my farm. looking forward to getting funds to construct the rabbit house for more breeding and expansion of the project.

My Business

As I stated earlier I'm in the farming business after the covid pandemic I discovered there is already a market for eggs and also venturing into rabbit farming. I thank my previous lenders who have supported my projects and I have also been able to repay the previous loans without struggle.
am once again appealing to all lenders to once again lend me money so that I can continue expanding my business.

Project Proposal

Objective:
To enhance the offerings of our uniform shop by adding a wider variety of uniforms and related accessories, aiming to meet the diverse needs of our customers and increase sales opportunities.
Background: The uniform shop currently provides a limited selection, which caters primarily to a specific customer base. With schools, sports clubs, healthcare facilities, and corporate offices expanding their uniform requirements, there is an opportunity to expand our inventory to meet these needs and capture a broader market share.
Proposed Additions to Stock:
1. School Uniforms: Additional styles, sizes, and options, including winter wear, summer wear, and a broader range of school-approved designs.
2. Workwear: Durable, industry-specific uniforms for healthcare, hospitality, construction, and retail, including high-visibility options.
3. Sports and Teamwear: A selection of athletic wear and accessories for schools and local clubs, including jerseys, tracksuits, and custom team gear.
4. Accessories and Essentials: Adding complementary items like belts, ties, socks, hats, and footwear to enhance convenience for customers shopping for complete uniform solutions.
Benefits:
- Customer Convenience: Wider options will help retain current customers and attract new ones by providing a one-stop shop for all uniform needs.
- Increased Revenue Potential: More stock options can drive higher sales, increase the average purchase amount, and boost customer loyalty.
- Market Competitiveness: By expanding our offerings, the shop can better compete with larger retailers and online platforms.
Conclusion:
Expanding our stock will help the uniform shop meet diverse customer demands, improve sales potential, and strengthen its market position. We recommend an incremental investment in stock to assess demand and refine offerings over time.

The money I received helped me add stock to the textile business. At least I was able to reach out to many because I had a variety of sizes needed. We are on a long holiday, and I plan to add a few things that I don't have in the shop as I look forward to school opening in January, where the parents intend to buy new uniforms for continuing students and those joining other schools. having enough stock i will be able to sell in December and January.

I want to thank my bankers who came in and gave out their money for my project. The last funding I received helped me buy feeds for my chicken and I have completed the repayment I now require more feeds and funds to buy at least one more cage for the layers which costs Ksh.38000. I believe you will support me also in this project. thank you
