About Me

I am a second last born in a family of six .During my childhood I participated actively in Drama and Poetry and Dance in the festivals in School and also in my local church. I grew up wanting to become a news anchor but ended up being a teacher. I love the job and a like working with children and moulding them to become responsible and respected in the community. My hard time was when I walked to and from school which were many kilometres. The culture in my community is unique especialy the boys circumcision .To me its a painful experience they undergo through in the forest at a tender age.I would love my son to be a dancer and a footballer. I have seen full potential in him and would love to nurture the talents.

My Business

I stay in Nairobi.Ongata Rongai in Kajiado County. The plot is situated near Ongata Rongai Police Station. It is a distance of about five minutes walk from the Police Station. It is opposite Sawasawa Church.Plot number two and house number two.The owner is called Richard Mwangi .It is still not complete,we only have the ground floor and the first floor the rest is in complete. During weekends I buy new clothes from the shops at Eastleigh , Gikomba market in town,Kware market in Rongai and also Adams Arcade market and pack them and sends them as a parcel via Easy Coach to my mother who is up country. She has customers who will come at home to fit in the clothes and buy them immediately .The customers are always sure and aware that the clothes are always brought in two weeks,so they are always ready to buy . after my mum sells she sends the money to me to buy the new stock. The profis she makes acts as a contribution for support for their upkeep in the village for buying things they use daily for their up keep.I have found it to be a nice idea because she rarely misses money. She has always appreciated.

Loan Proposal

I wish to upgrade my business this Christmas season. You are all aware that everyone needs to look good and appreciated and when they travel, they take photographs of new attire and show to their friends.I need to buy nice clothes for my customers because when they look good and are appreciated I also tend to get more people to come and buy and hence I get profit ,I am always a role model to the people around me and I can attest with my dressing. Thanks to Zidisha for being their for me.
