I was born in 1982 at Kimangu farm where my parents were staying. My mother was from a Christian family but my father was from a Muslim family. I am third born in a family of three girls and one boy. I started my primary school at Kanga primary school which is about 4km from home. I managed to reached class eight and due to what happened in our family I couldn’t continue with the education. My parents passed away when I finished the primary school. I struggled with life and I know what it means with life being left and no body can take care of you.
I thank God now I am married with three children all girls and we are a Christian family although my names are from Muslim religion. I am staying in a land which was owned by my parents because I am the only who can take care of.
As per above history, I passed up and down trying to see how I will manage the life and in the process I started a small retail kiosk at home with my little knowledge and I make it for it supports me and my newly married wife. It happened during the 2007 post election violence affected my business a lot and I was forced to close it up to last year where I restarted it again and now I am moving on. It was not all that easy to start again but I have made it. In the process, I have been supported by my wife for she helped me when I am out. From the business we do get all we need in our family and actually we do also save some little amount. We love our business because from it we do survive
