I'm James Omondi Okumu born in 12/12/1976 in Siaya county Seme Kadinga village and the first born in a family of four children. I went to Ngere primary school and did my kcpe examination in 1993.Later I went to Ngere secondary school and did my kcse examination in 1997,passed this exam and proceeded to Kitambo youth polytechnic institute where I did masonry in building and construction. I finished this faculty in 2000 and went to Nairobi city in October 2003 to search for money to feed my family. In the course of 2001, I got married and God the Creator blessed me with four children. The first boy child who is secondary school form two would like to become a priest, the second girl child is in primary school class seven would like to become a teacher, the third girl child is in primary school class four would like to become a doctor and the last boy is in primary school class one and would like to become a nurse. In Seme, there is annual rainfall which occurs in the month of March to July which is good for farming, cattle keeping and serious commercial activities. During my free time, I usually goes to church on Sundays to worship my God super Father of this planet, reading novels, newspapers and watching various programmes in the internet.
After completion of masonry course, I went to Nairobi city to search for green pasture to earn a living to feed and care for the family and pay school fees for the children. Due to political conflict in 2013 general election, I went back home and later proceeded to Bondo town to look for jobs and I got sufficient construction jobs. I got most masonry tenders and other building and construction works which gave me good income. Most of income I get is used to purchase clothes for the family members, food for the family, school fees are paid for the children, tools and masonry equipment are bought, fees for construction tenders are catered for and some other secondary requirements are also met.
