I am james Gachukia.I hail from Kiambu in a family of ten.I started schooling at a local primary school before proceeding to a day secondary school because my parents could not afford the hefty high school/boarding fees that I had been admitted to despite passing well in primary school. In that day secondary school, the locals perceived it as a reserve for primary school failures.I worked hard and smart to overturn that detrimental thinking and became the only student in my year to join a public university and optimistically pursued a bachelor's degree in Econometrics and statistics.I have also ambitiously pursued a professional course in Accounts(Certified Public Accounts)(CPA(K).
I involve myself with writing of inspirational and motivational books alongside writing revision question and answer booklets for CPA students. All this work is in hardcopies awaiting publishing.
I got involved in writing out of passion to change the mindset of individuals with regard to education and also make money out of it.
During my free time,I usually visit children homes and also play chess game
First and foremost,I would like to thank all my lenders for the facilitation of the second loan that took me from scratch to stand!
I would like a third loan to enable me publish more and more booklets.I want to create a business dynasty of books in the near future.
Here in kenya, revision booklets and motivational books usually have high demand.
Publishing one book will cost me about USD17.I need to test the market with about 500 Books. That is about USD 8500.After all is done,I will sell one book at between USD 25 and USD 32 depending with the place and market/price differentiation. With that I will pocket a cool 140% profit !
I will use the proceeds to repay back my loan arrears, expand the business and help the needy in paying school fees.
The risk in this business is well factored and simulated because of copyright provision.
Hi lenders,
I intend to publish more educational books with the loan. With publishing different books of different levels in the professional training of accounting in Kenya,I intend to increase my sales this time round by 50 percent.I intend to be making 700 dollars sales monthly.
