I am Emily Seroney, born and brought up in Kware, Rongai in Nakuru county. I went through the Primary and secondary level successfully. I later did the Accounting Courses where I graduated and since I could not be employed I started my own business( a hotel). My business did so well and I hired three people who assisted me in this business. I managed to buy a plot with the profits I made from it.
I have two children both are still in lower primary, first born is in class 4 and the other in nursery school. I am so impressed by what they would like to be in future, one is Engineering and the other a doctor. I make sure they get all what they need for their education so that they can achieve their dreams.
I later came to be employed in Rongai Rural Sacco as an Accountant therefore I decided to quit the catering department and engage in the Mpesa business which would also rhyme with my area of specialization. I have hired one person to assist me run it as I monitor it daily. This business has seen me develop my plot as well as farming and also paying for fees.
I intend to sell phones in my shop since most of my customers are requesting for the same instead of going all the way to Nakuru town. The savings I already have is Ksh. 60,000 and I would wish to go to Nairobi and buy several phones and other phone accessories. I know I would make much profit, because the Phone costing Ksh. 6,000 I would get it at around Ksh. 4500-5000 thus making a profit of Ksh. 1000 per phone.
