About Me

I am Johnmike Okello Opondo was born in Eastleigh maternity unit and raised in Babadogo area an informal settlement.I studied in Korogocho before completing my high-school education in western province of Kenya.Completion of my college education in Diploma in Business Administration led to job search which was hard to find that's when I decided to start business because of the current situation of unemployment in Kenya.The unique thing about our land is that people are really impressed with new things and services and since my services are best I can tell my business will grow well.At the moment I don't have children but i will nurture them to be business people because being self employed at their youngest age will help them a lot.I love football.

My Business

I do clothes and shoe business.I normally travel to the coastal part of Kenya and western border part of Kenya buy ladies clothes,shoes and sandles.These goods are useful because my target market are ladies and ladies love to buy new trends.I chose these kind of business because their is ready market what you just have to do is find new trends and supply.My starting cost was estimated at 62,000kshs which included transport and premise.I use the profit to expand and venture into more business opportunity like the entertainment industry i.e selling movies and music.

Loan Proposal

i will restock with 2000kshs with clothes and3,000kshs will be used to buy some pairs of sandles.I will get more profit through it and that will mean my business will have expanded.Expansion of business will make me employ other jobless people in my community and that will be a plus to me and him because i would have improved somebodys life.I expect my profit to increase by ten percent from the previous profit;for example if i was getting a profit of 2,000kshs per day the loan will make me improve my stock and thus i will be able to increase my profit by 500kshs per day and that will reflect a profit of 2,500kshs per day.
