Janet Mukhwana Nafula are my full names.
Am a Christian and from a humble family.
was educated at Maeni primary and misikhu friends schools respectively.
I come from an Abaluhya(Bukusu) tribe called "Bamasaba" and our culture is very different from other Bukusu tribes.
But one common aspect across all Abaluhya clans in general is the aspect of circumcision.
My favorite food like many Luhyas is "ugali"
ugali is a maize meal which is eaten together with vegetables or meat.
I was born a teacher and farmer all together.
Being involved in early marriages meant a lot to me.
I had to adjust and pursue my farming activity immediately.
It was easy because am from a family that does farming as a basic activity.
I deal with maize, beans and bananas which I harvest and sell at my nearest market at Kamukuywa.
I also own a pre-school which am planning to buy desks for my pupils.
I chose this business because farming is a major activity among the Abaluhya in general and the market is readily available.
I use the sales for buying households, paying school fees for my boys at a college and keeping savings in the bank account
Since am new to Zidisha I will have to abide by your rules by requesting for a small loan and repay it to acquire a slightly bigger one.
I wish to buy teaching & learning materials for my pupils at 30USD.
I request lenders to assist me with 5USD then I will add the remaining balance.
please assist so that I improve the education standards of my pupils
