About Me

My name is Elizaberth Chityaka third born from the family of 5 and being 2 boys and 3 girls.I was born on 15th April, 1989 in Ndola in the copperbelt province.I went to Kansenshi Primary School and qualified to Ndeke high school in Kitwe were i completed my high school. From there i i was sponsored to study agriculture studies at cooperative school of agriculture under the ministry of agriculture. When i completed the the studies i was at Galunia Farms as farm manager.Henceforth the new ideas were born in me and decided to start the farming business because having worked as farm manager i saw how profitable the business was and i also took the challenge.

My Business

i grow agriculture produce such tomatoes, cabbages, okra, onions, maize crop and of course i mainly grow groundnuts. However these good are very much on demand to marketeers and also customers that trade in agriculture commodities.I choose this business because it is sustainable and profitable.I spend ZMK 3500 for buying agriculture inputs and weed killer.Hence after spending that on farming inputs i therefore generate ZMK 4000 to 5000 as profit, which i use to to buy agriculture farming inputs and also improve my life style.

Loan Proposal

I need to buy the water pump to be helping us pump water for vegetables and also for drinking, hence i need to buy a water pump that will be able to pump water 3 times a day because of watering the crops.I need $ 400 to secure this water pump and i will be expected to generate income close to $ 350 as profits due to yield of the crops.
