About Me

I have been brought up in a Town in Kenya called Machakos but its referred as "Masaku". I had the opportunity to mingle out with my peers as i grew up which helped me a lot in molding myself to whom i am today. My interaction with them brought competition as we all wanted to score high marks than each other which lead to good results in our exams and also making me achieve my dream of being a financial expert in a way.
Due to low earnings in my first employment, i had to look into a venture where i can invest the little i would manage to save so as to be getting extra income from the business to cater for my needs and most importantly to ensure the continuity of business in the long run. The uniqueness of where i live is that with good business ideas and management skills, you can make it to the level you want since the government has policies and structures to support small business community.
I would wish my children to be more prosperous than i am when the opportunity have one comes by me but i would first be financial stable before i move to next stage of my life. I love playing table tennis during my weekends when am not busy.

My Business

The kind of business i undertake is venturing in securities market at the Nairobi Stock Exchange in buying of shares and equity. I usually buy shares when the prices are low but immediately they appreciate i sell them immediately which enables me to make quick cash.
I choose this kind of business because of its flexibility and convenience in doing it since i can monitor the prices of securities at any place i am and also the risks involved are minimal.
The cost in involved is only the market price of the shares which you can also quote your price lower than the price involved. The revenues usually vary relating to how the prices appreciated from time to time but a good return is always earned within a short duration.
The profits i earn from the business i usually reinvest them 80% and the 20% i use it at home to make my life better.

Loan Proposal

Am going to buy shares which will be offered in Initial Public offer when they open for purchase to the public.
A the total shares will cost 888 dollars. The benefit is that i will advance my knowledge to other individuals who wish to invest in this venture because most of the upcoming billionaires in our country have made it through venturing in securities.
When i sell my securities i expect to get double the amount i invested in them if i bought the shares during the Initial Public Offer but if i buy existing securities am able to get a 3 to 5 shillings profit per share in one or two weeks.
