About Me

My name is owusu from ghana .
i am the first of two sons to my parents. i am lucky to have basic education and i recount on my first year in the senior high school where i had that big dream of leanring business i was offered. i had much interest in account and i miss every bit of its lesson period,
this dream became an illusion when the unexpected came in and i realized that real life is quite different from dream and book stories and movies where most often it ends as the main characters realized their dreams.
my first year at the SHS was the last days i officially ended my education when i lost my dad. with this , i have to struggle to make ends meet as well as help to support the poor widow to raise the family.
It is out of this quest that i got the chance to serve as a sales boy at Makola market in one of a boutique shop for nearly five years at Accra central
the little salary i earn i used to support my family and saved little towards my dream of starting something of my own
i chose this business because i have the know how about it in all the days as a sales boy and as a result get to know more people who are now my own customers
it is not out of the blue to see many poeple in this part of the world share similar trill as mine especially first sons in supporting families in difficult times.
i will like to see my dreams been achieved by my children where i can then give a sigh of relief as i have given out something i so dire for to my children and immediate relatives.
i miss my days when i was a key player to my school football team.
i still make time to watch football matches both local and international.
Trust me i will not miss a Liverpool FC match day.

My Business

I sell jerseys, shoes , shirts and almost anything that has to do with already made fashion,
located at Mokola of the city main shopping center, many people merge at this place to buy to their various destinations and most often they will like to get all their goods in the same place as nearly as possible hence this always make new customers available to you.
with my already learned skills in my day of "apprenticeship" i am more into choosing this over other market deals as i know the cost and risks involve
this goods i deal in have no fixed price especially in this era where the Ghanaian cedi is fluctuating in the international markets but it has a range within which prices circulate. For instance a pair of material trouser(cotton wax) is priced at 40 cedis in its dollar equivalent currently.
as a growing entrepreneur it is best i let my profit work for me so i will reinvest all income out of this business into it

Loan Proposal

this loan when fully funded, will enable me buy more goods such as shoes, clothes and others which will cost $ 50 .
I will also expand my shop to meet and create more space for my customers which will also cost $70 . Since the previous loan has increased my profit margin, I hope this loan when fully funded will help me expand my shop and also employs more sales personnel and at least pay them $ 20 a month.
