About Me

My name is Jane Mwitwa am 30 years of age.i started my education in 1991 and completed my secondary in 2003 in Kitwe at Ndeke High School.When i finished school life was not okay i struggled until i did find some piece of work.Having worked for 2 years i raised some funds and sponsored my self to study Food and Catering .When i completed i saw an opportunity in the community market and opened a take away and a restaurant,having doing that i managed to over come hardships.

My Business

I sale food at my take away and restaurant such as chicken and chips, fish and chips and local food such the traditional nshima and beef.I choose this business because the demand is very high and profit is very reasonable hence the working capital is $ 200 and i sale every day $30 to 40 dollars, however i generate $ 180 as profit per week.Nevertheless i use the profits to grow the business, help my sister and brothers pay school fees and also home improvements.

Loan Proposal

I need 5 crates of soft drinks, 10 chickens, 2 bags of sausages and 10 bags of potatoes which will cost me $ 200, this will help me increase sale at the restaurant and generate more revenue.Thereby improve the business.
