About Me

I am 24 yrs of age and a married lady with one handsome baby boy who is 2 yrs old. I finished college last year where i was studying Entrepreneurship and marketing. This instill confidence in me that i can manage and start my own business which i started early this year. My business solely deal with selling of carpets, mitumba and designer clothes. I collect my clothes in Nairobi where i have my trusted supplies whenever i run short of stocks.For the last 6 months my business have been picking and am able to support my family in daily household needs and too saving for my kid. business expansion have been a challenge to my business because i have register more customers and many need my products in large quantities because i am selling them at more favorable prices. It is my hope that in future will be supplying my products to other areas whom they cant make to my place due to geographical constrain and long distance.

My Business

My business solely deals with boutique and i started early this year with a minimum capital of ksh30000 and used to supply local customers. I make the profit upto ksh 10000 per month but during festive seasons i make about ksh 15000 per month amidst high and punitive competition from other supplies. What have kept me in the market is my relations to the customers and how i deal with them by responding to their needs more friendly. My promise to them is that in near future i will expand and able to meet them in their place of work but this remain a big challenge because going and expanding to this place need more cash.

I am determined and have firm confidence that together I will achieve my business ambitions. Currently the business has expanded tremendously and If I get a support from you will shall go far together. I am hoping by the end of this year I will open another branch. This will not be achieved if I don’t join hands with you. I am so grateful and may god bless you to reach more ambitious vulnerable entrepreneurs. I will use the requested loan of USD 301.24 to buy more boutique for my customers. I will make sure all the customers get what they want in my business. Currently i am focusing to buy my own plot from the saving have been doing in my business. This will enable me save money because i wont be renting business premise again. I promise to repay this loan promptly without delay and also update you on the progress of my business.
