Hi, I am Justin Mwaniki. I'm from Kenya. I run a social company, chicken project and part time training for lifeskills with a Kenyan government project. A horticultural farming project is also underway.
I train for Kenya Youth Employment and opportunities Project as lifeskills consultant. This takes place like twice a year. I also train with my company, TEACH-Being Center in areas of positive parenting, empowerment programs and services and counseling consultancy. Training and chicken project are my main sources of income. I am also starting a horticultural farming project on a half acre piece of land.
This loan will help in my financial boost for my horticultural farming project. I realized that the COVID-19 period has deeply affected the professional economic status of many including me. It was therefore worth to invest in personal engagement, self employment. This money will go into project inputs including labor, fencing, land preparation, planting and spraying crops: potatoes, green peppers, etc.
As an investor, I have many ways that I can meet this loan's demands. To repay it on time, I still have other projects including chicken project, pigs project, and family and friends. I know that COVID-19 economic impact has seen many people laid down, others loosing their professional financial statuses but I have realized it hence planning to invest in mixed farming.
