Am Anita Chivatsi, a resident of mtwapa, and a businesslady in mtwapa. I went up to form three, i could not -finish my secondary school mainly because of my family's financial status.Am a businesslady as i could not get a reasonable job due to my education background. As to earn a living i first started with salon services, doing this service at home. This was a seasonal business as it did better mainly in festive season like during Christmas, Easter holidays. As did this business i saved as much as possible, i eventually had enough to start a big salon which has now been the best option to my financial status. This has become a good business as i get a monthly income of ksh 25,000 per month. with this income i use ksh 2,000 paying rent at my residential home, ksh 2,500 to pay rent at my salon, ksh 5,000 for my personal expenditure. I save ksh 1,500 paying electricity bills.I save ksh 14,000 ,. My main objective is to expand my business so as make myself free from poverty.
my business is a soll busienss here in mtwapa. the things that i do in my saloon is as follows, head plaiting, man cure fesial tattoos body massage.. my saloon is situated within mtwapa town center. and because mtwapa it has been one of the fastest growing city in east Africa. there is a lot or many people living in this town. so due of its population growth rate and its business here in mtwapa this business is doing good. it has a high demand to the people.my customers prefer doing their body beauty from my saloon because because i value my clients by treating them all equal. and i also give them a fair and reasonable prices to all and because of this my clients prefer coming to my saloon. this business is profitable because for every months am getting some money out of this business which is sustaining my needs. and because i have different type of things like expenses that i have to clear for each and every month and as well as also paying for my helper who is working on me i still do remain with something to keep and help me and my family.my monthly typical cost is ksh 15,000. my monthly sales revenues is ksh 35,000. so this is giving me a monthly profit of ksh 20,000 which is enough security for me to enable me repay this loan that am applying from zidisha and when i get loan this loan i will use it to buy mnore beauty items and put them in my saloon so that it can be easy for and more profitable for me.
Hello, zidisha team, am so grateful for approving my loan application.Thank you so much to all who made this a success. With this loan i want to add another salon and also add more beauty products the already existing salon. With this i will have added more value to the business and that's means the profit will increase. So with this i will use ksh 20,000 to open another salon and add more products worth ksh 20,000 to the existing salon.
