      Dear Lenders,
      Please help me out with my credit risk payment and credit limit.
      1, The percentage is a bit high, I am charged 20% credit risk and 5% service fee to make total 25% instead of 10% credit risk and 5% service fee.
      What can I do to rectify this?
      I have 100% on time repayment.

      2, why is credit limit increasing and decreasing?
