About Me

I am George Ochieng Abura from Migori kenya, am the second born in the family of seven, three girls and four boys, My father had seven wives and my mom was the fifth wife.
Growing up in this family was difficult as we were many in the homestead.. Since my dad had many sons and daughters, the responsibility of education was entirely left to our mothers, our mother on her side, tried to her best to see in School , but because she had no well paying job, she only managed to educate us up-to high school.
We could not go beyond High school due to lack of school fee, so I started to odd jobs...(any available job) to support myself ..and saves some. In 2014 I got employed by a certain Sugar company in our area, as a casual worker.. and worked for one year , before I and others were dismissed under unclear circumstances. I used my savings to open my Barber shop, and also used some to purchase credit cards which I later sell to retailers.

My Business

I decided to open Barber shop after doing a research in my area, I found that the area had no barber shop, and the area is surrounded by several High schools and Primary schools which make the business a good deal.
I make a good profit especially when the students are on Holiday and schools are opened after holiday. In between, I also take home good cash almost everyday. I also sell credit cards to retailer every morning before I open my Barber shop ..credit cards, though it has low profit per day, but it's something which sell out very fast everyday, I entire saved the profit from this, since I have a plan of opening a Mpesa Shop.
