About Me

i was baptized Joseph ndugu by my parents whom i love very much,i come from a christian family.my family lives in upcountry Nyeri while i reside in the capital city Nairobi where i conduct my businesses as well as pursuing my education.i chose to pursue business since i believe i am a creative person hence innovation is part of me when i heard of zidisha, in saw this as a great opportunity for me and other aspiring business persons to grow their business even further and make immense profits hence i thought of becoming a member

My Business

my business is in the cosmetics industry i purchase cosmetics at a wholesale price from industries and later sell them to kiosk owners small supermarkets and individuals at a profit.i saw thios industry had been hitherto untaaped in our home area.the products i choose to sell are on high demand especially from salons in my area, the cheapest cosmetic goes for 5dollars while the most expensive could retail;l at 100dollars depending on the quality and brand.on a good week i could sell well above 200pices and in a good month i may earn500 dollars in profits.i currently do not own a shop but take my products directly to my customers and this is a bigger challenge in its own right since most customers dont have an idea where to locate me and choose which products they are willing to buy

Loan Proposal

I would wish to use the loan to donate sunscreen lotion to albinos in my community.people in my area have been very supportive of my business and i hence want to reciprocate and give back to them.i noticed three albinos who were in need of sunscreen but they can not afford them.People with albinism require regular application of sunscreen or else they risk getting skin cancer .since i deal in cosmetics I plan to donate neutrogena lotion to them so that they can lead a normal life.this initiative shall also have a great impact on my business since my community will see that i am out to make a difference hence they will purchase from my shop.Albinos
are also part of our community and they deserve to lead a normal life just like all of us.I urge dear lenders to support this initiative and help make this world a better place through supporting the needy.
