Loan Proposal

Dear Lenders

The loan shall service the following

(1) Chicken/Quail structures
(2) Land Preparation

This is my first time venturing into farming and as such i have minimized expenses by offering services (in my forte- web development) in exchange for the things for example i have agreed to create a website for Jane's quail farm (facebook) in exchange for about 100 quail, i also have done the same with Kelvin Gichohi Quail Incubators(facebook) and i am now the proud owner of an incubator, This has reduced the cost of starting up, i will need to buy chicken, if the same deals i have done for the quail and incubators do not come to fruition, as such THE CHICKEN/QUAIL STRUCTURES , are of utmost importance

On the land preparation for the Greens i intend to grow , Kale's, spinach, African night shade (lol not the poisonous variety) carrots , coriander, tomatoes and a number of indigenous plants that are of high demand in the area, the land preparation will ensure the soil is ready and reduce the chances of a failed harvest, as such the LAND PREPARATION is of utmost importance.

The sale of the above greens which are on high demand will initially help settle the debt, i also have a stable business which will come in handy in terms of aiding in the loan repayment. The chicken and quail are a long term investment and i believe the next loans should i succeed in getting a loan will dwell on expanding the chicken and quail sectors of the farm.

Subsequent Loans shall be paid at a much faster rate, after the business has stabilized
