To start with, I am a Kenyan citizen and married with one wife and together we have been blessed with three children, two girls and one boy boy. I hail from a small village in Kisii County Called Buyonge, which is about 10kms from my nearest town Ogembo and which is Gucha District's head quarters. Before i started business, i taught in various private colleges in Kisii town which could not satisfy my needs. I therefore got interested in starting a business which i did in 2012. At least the business is now meeting most of my needs although needs are never satisfied. Wherever i get earnings from the business i ensure that i add something in my business i.e computer or printer or accessories related to computers. During my free time time i like staying at home with my family since most of the time am out for business. My objective in this business is to become an employer to reduce employment gap among the youths and also help the vulnerable group in society like the poor, disabled, youths and women.
This is my Second loan which am going use to to make my business even better. Being a business person the loan from zidisha will be re-payed through the same, i deal with computer services which includes photocopying, typesetting and repair and maintenance of computers. ICT is the driver of any economy of the world, therefore, these services are needed by every one and those in the market have not satisfied the needs. I will use the loan from zidisha to expand my business so that i can install a full operating cyber which has high demand in Kisii town. As much as this amount may not be enough to complete my target, it will play a big role for the remaining amount may be accessed from other sources. Thanks
My name is Walter Machuki and I am a Business person as already mentioned, I've a dream of having a cyber café which has a high demand around my business location. I intend to buy some of the machines missing in my shop. Of most need is a router, networking cables and a printer to support the one I have. I expect that once this is done, my income will also increase from this business. The loan from the zidisha lenders will help me achieve my goals in the growth of the business in this up coming small economy of Kisii town. I have high hopes in the business because y business is located very close to a higher learning institution which has a high number of students who require the services I want to bring to them. Because of this; I see a ready market for my business. In the future, I wish to become a supplier of ICT equipment like computers and computer accessories, learning materials etc. I will appreciate any effort put by the zidisha members to upgrade businesses especially in the growing economies of the world. Thanks to Zidisha org and keep up the good work.
