I'm trying to apply for a loan but it's not working. .how can I get my membership money refunded?

How can I pay for the money that I haven't received... the count down should start from the day I receive the money coz if it's for investment, the moment I receive it that's when I start making use of it and even making profit..it won't be helpful if you send the money when the deadlines are due. it will be like reversing the money back and making the matters worse I will still go back to my pocket to pay for the interest for the money that hasn't helped me in any way... I also requested for the fast money processing of which the fee was deducted from the loan requested .i thought it was to be instant like it should be but not...its not making sense... is there any way I can cancel for the loan and da-activate my account? kindly let me know
