I have taken too much time to respond and kept you waiting to hear from me.I hope you are extremely fine.
I liked this quote in the article "if the world is to be saved ,it will be saved by people with a new vision, it will not be saved by people with old vision but new programs" also "we can just as easily have an economy that is based on healing the future instead of stealing it"
I learnt that also there ways that can be used to control population.like
*delayed marriages
*medical facilities
*legislative actions
*providing incentives
*spread awareness
*women empowerment
*eradicate poverty
*education
*easy and cheap availability of contraceptives
*development
If people think and take seriously these lessons the future defiantly will be saved.
About ways to control population, I opt some, if seriously applied can help bring changes fast.
"Spread awareness- people need to be told and made understand the Consequence's of having many children, to avoid illiteracy, diseases and malnutrition.
" provide incentives-- people with large families will learn from the smaller families.if They are not provided, that will be a lesson.
"Legislative actions- laws, rules and regulations should be taken seriously coz people do indeed fear this.
"**** development-****( lack of development implies high illiteracy, discrimination, lack of awareness, medical facilities, and this turning to increased population growth ")this one covers everything.
I think this is something that most people don't think about and need to be told or reminded. Measures should be taken soon for the generation to come.
Laurie, what kind of foods do vegetarian/vegan take/ use?
This what I have learnt, and I agree with you, and would love to know more.

You know what,.? you have given me this energy, keeping me busy reading.it's beautiful doing this, I like it.
Laurie, about the planet and overpopulation we need to think about both sides, the positive and the negative.let's talk about procreation/adding more lifes on the other hand., you mentioned one or two kids or none.
I won't denie 1-2 coz life must go on.There is life and death and both are existing. What I mean is that the planet can remain vacant if at all people decide not to procreate.

Laurie,I have a question, how will life be,if no kids will be born for five or ten years? So many changes. Like (no) teachers, maternity nurses, midwives, toy industries, workers coz of age matters, many jobless .the list is long. Anyway these are just my thoughts.I just hope you are okay with my opinions.
