About Me

I was raised up in a hardworking family with my mum taking me through primary school all the way to university. Growing up wasn't easy as most of the basic needs were not available. Even though the situations were unforgiving, I took them as challenges to grow and achieve my goals in the best way.

It was the channel towards starting my entrepreneurship journey. I have made bricks which improved housing for my village people. I also engaged in farming where I sold tones of vegetables to consumers which earned me some money.

My people live as families and share most of the basic things like food and that is what keeps everybody moving.

I like watching business videos and training online courses on entrepreneurship. This is what takes most of my time. Also, I watch football as it is one of my top hobbies.

My Business

I have been making bricks and used the profits to buy a laptop one year ago. I started reviewing online affiliate sites to find out how to make money working as an affiliate for commercial sites.

I have written tons of product reviews and buying guides for other affiliate marketers and I realized people find the information essential when making a buying decision.

I am now developing my affiliate site and ready to review products on sites like Amazon and Ebay and sell them to earn commissions. But before that, I need an affiliate marketing course that will boost my chances of getting hundreds of buyers on my site.

I chose this kind of business because it is easy to do anywhere as long as there is an internet connection. I am also a good writer and I find it easy to create words that allow buyers to buy products.

The costs involved are designing a commercial website and hosting. My current revenue comes from the buying guides I write for my clients on a weekly basis.

The profits are used in payment for internet services and reinvesting in growing my business and sustain my family.

Loan Proposal

The loan will help me buy a large polythene bag amounting to 30 dollars that will aid in covering the bricks in case of bad weather. I will also use around 50 dollars to renovate the structure that houses my bricks. The rest will help me pay my assistants who work daily 35 dollars.

I purchased the housing materials for the bricks structure and this saw the number of good bricks rise and this meant more profit. I also got a chance to build a brick house for parents as that was my initial objective for the better housing. This made me glad.

I sold bricks and would be happy repaying the remaining amount in a shorter time.

In every business venture, there comes struggles and extreme challenges. My first project (brick making)was a big disappointment and i lost the entire loan i had invested. I didn't change the project, instead i noted down all the inconsistencies that occurred leading me to plunge into losses. I struggled through repaying this loan via side hustles. This almost demotivated me. My status was always late repayment(this was bad).Well, i repaid the entire loan and i never thought my lenders will give me a second chance. Funny enough, i applied for another loan and i was funded with the rating of 33%. I learnt that our lenders at Zidisha are human and they understand the different challenges a business can bring about. They gave me a loan and that was the break through.Since then, i have had a smooth running with my business taking the best track ever. What i can advice my fellow borrowers is to believe in the process and trust the system for effective outcome. Being genuine is also another factor that make the lenders willing to give you a second chance. Finally, i have trusted the Zidisha system and will always be ready to refer anybody to borrow

First, i return my great thanks to all the Lenders who have always believed in my abilities and sincerity. You have been the greatest pillar of my enterprenual growth and journey.
with the $140 you have given me, i purpose to expand my brick making venture to another level. I will extend my structure to accommodate more bricks and employ 2 more workforces for a better outcome. this will cost me $120
i will keep the remaining $20 for emergency.

The second loan, I used it to buy a canvas that aided in sheltering the bricks during the rainy season. This saw minimal losses encountered as a result of breakage. The rain didn't destroy the bricks as compare to the previous year. i doubled my profit as I sold 4000 bricks at 10 ksh. I'm glad because the house below is part of my results in ensuring everybody gets a decent home at affordable rates. Other savings will be used in aiding me to pursue a master in Organizational Psychology and providing daily bread to my family.

Hello great people. I believe you are doing fine. I have started repaying my loan on a good note. After failing for sometime and facing entrepreneurial challenges with my first loan, i never thought i would be granted a second chance. I return my thanks to the lenders who still believe in my abilities and their willingness to fund me once more. My brick-making business is stable and i have managed to employ more people to help me work on this project. I look forward to a great future as i say goodbye to joblessness. May you continue helping young people gain the skills and abilities to manage their entrepreneurial projects in the best way possible.
I will keep on updating the lenders and my fellow entrepreneurs on how my project is fairing on.
