It is here that my leadership skill candle was light through the guidance of the school principal and the deputy principal who was a close friend and adviced me most of the time, at form two I was elected the class secretary and towards the end of form three was elected to the post of deputy school captain a post I held up to the time I finished my high school education then because of lack of fees to proceed to the next level I was taken to a local institute where I got a certificate in sales and marketing this is a field where I have passion and I later started purchasing variety of breads from different bakeries and distributing to the local markets and shops after I was employed by labh bakers.
Currently running a retail shop, MPESA outlet and an investment trainer working with Mashinani Interactions Self Help Group.
Am employed at labh bakers kitale as a sales personel being my main source of income earning up to Ksh.38000 a month but the salary is subject to change since I work on commission, I also started a side business where I employ young people like me to supply bread which I get from other bakeries to the local market we hire motorbikes to facilitate our business in distribution earning me a net salary of about sh.12000 to sh.22000 a month, I am also a member of a youth sacco called Mbanatomi sacco chaired by the bungoma county women representative and count minister of trade as the patron we subscribe shares monthly at sh.5000 and we engage in agribusiness activities which include passion fruit farming, watermelon, groundnuts, coffee, maize e.t.c the sacco pays annually earning is subject to changes earning from ksh.100000 depending on the financial year
The holiday season is here and I have encountered an increase in demand for children's wear during this season of Festive. I would wish to use this Zidisha loan to place an order of children's wear for my boutique and pay for the transportation of the goods from the supplier to my store.
I also wish to increase the flot of my MPESA Shop so that I can be able to serve more people on the outlet this increasing the business profit.
