About Me

Kalolo Kalondwa is my name, am 30 years old born and live in Mpika Muchinga province republic of Zambia since my childhood i went to chilonga primary school and progressed to high secondary school and i was enable to further my studies due to financial challenges so opted to join my brother who had a garage for repairing motor vehicles, within 1 year i was able to dismantle and assemble the engine of small vehicles i gained experience and skills that are useful to me, the skills and experience that i gained from my brother enabled me to find employment and make some savings after working for two years i was able to start my own garage
i spent most of the time with family more especially during the weekends and mostly we share ideas with the family

My Business

My business specialized in all Automotive spares, brand new auto parts, electrical and mechanical, I also offer services such as motor vehicle repairs and spray painting my business is on high demand from both the local and international customers my business location is strategically positioned
alot of people are importing cheap vehicles hence having problem of brooking down hence they buy and fit spare parts from my garage shop
The total cost of my business is USD8,000 with this kind of investment i will be earning about 45% profit per week
I normally use about 15% profit to reinvest in growing the business and the other balance i use for paying school children and transport

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to buy and sale automotive spare parts in my garage this will attract more customers and generally it will increase the working capital for my business
this will benefit not only my family but the community by creating employment

No effort to repay in over 4 months. I dislike leaving negative comments but do believe in accountability, without it there would be no Zidisha to make loans.

I hope you recover from your accident. Remember if you cannot pay the whole loan amount you can log into your account and change the amount of your payments and the time frame.

To Zidisha Team and my Lenders,

I received a phone call from Godfrey Chikolokoso a zidisha member in connection with the outstanding LOAN ARREARS, Am very sorry for not repaying a previous loan on the expected payment due date amounting to ZMW 485.00, this is due to unforeseen circumstances on 19th December, 2018 i was in a road traffic accident that has left me with injuries and it has since affect my business

Kindly bear with me, am committed to repay the current loan arears as soon as possible and am asking if i can pay in two installment starting from next week Monday 7th January, 2019.

To all my lenders, i say thank you so much for helping us through zidisha organisation please continue with your good heart of supporting us through out the continent, my business is doing very well and the previous loan i got i bought the small tools box for my garage and i hope to buy the big one next time, while it has made a difference because i use to hire when ever am working on the big engine and my savings has been increased by 15% and have used this money by reinvesting to grow my business
