I am Clinton Chea Mwanyale. i was born in 24/4/1995 in Kilifi County, Wesa village. i went to Zowerani Primary School then later joined Chumani High School for my O level. i was brought up by a single parent, my dady past away when i was 3months old. i have three sisters ie; Lilian our first born, Gladys, Magret and myself the last born of our family. my older sister Lilian is a nursary school teacher at a nearby private school while Gladys and Magret are jobless at home. my mum had a very difficult task in making sure the family attain all the basic needs, she was a small scale farmer and she never gave up in life. After i complited my secondary education life was harder... i was jobless so decided to help mum doing some caltivation in the farm. we harvest poor yields that season because of drought. i decided to look for a job around and i thank God i got a teaching job at the same school my sisters was teaching. my first sallary was Kshs 3000/= per month. i managed to save Kshs 500/= every month and spent the remaining amount to help my family. after a period of time i had a total of Kshs 20000/= so i decided to quit my job and moved to a nearby town called Kilifi to search for a better life and other employment opportunities.
i stayed for a period of 1month without getting any job around. i decided to go to the market to buy clothes to sell within the town. it was a very tough challenge but i had no otherwise. the business was promising since i made a profit of about Kshs 5000. the market demand was high since i started the business during the December holiday. i paid my house rent and also sent some money to my family. i also helped my uncle who was schooling in a school within the town. am facing alot of challenges but i have always learnt never to give up in life. i have regular customers since my relationship wth people is good. sometimes i give my customers credit but this is for the ones i trust. i thank God life has changed positively.
I will buy more stock in order to expand my capital.. This will unable my business to grow more from where it stands currently. I expect an increase in profit as well. So every loan I have borrowed from Zidisha has had a double impact in my business growth as well as my family.
