hi there! Thanks for stopping by to read.
Feel free to call me Betty or Nyaboke should you prefer my surname. I am aged 22 a single mother of a 4 year old child (Kevin) whom I dearly love and treasure. I work as an untrained teacher in a local private school where most of the day finds me either preparing schemes of work, teaching or marking assignments. But my day normally begins deep into the night when I am up writing freelance articles or a manuscript. Having had been shunned and victimized by my family (till today) after Falling pregnant while in school, its obvious that I have had much bottled up inside me to say then-in a book. So, during my free time when say I am not out jogging or surfing the internet..I'll be diligently be up writing and I just finished my first memoir "Living Without Color" that shows the plight of rape victims and desolate young mothers. I have not been to college yet but I have been hoping to change my flair for good writing to a source of income for Kevin and my both personal and educational goals especial now when i wish to begin pursuing a degree in Educational say a year from today.
despite being incredibly difficult for some, and after seeing the slackness in main stream publishing which involves submitting a manuscript to a publisher who turn out to keep budding writers waiting till the faint hearted give up, I am determined to curve out my life by venturing into self publishing business. I am glad to see my friends throw their unwavering support behind me anticipating that once out my book "Living Without Color" will be able to strongly and consistently feature in constant online presence through sponsored adverts and workshops many copies will be sold and thus many will get a massage of hope. I intend to use the loan to consult and use the services of a seasoned web designer who will then help my book reach a wider audience And hence more money. For the loan repayment as sales gradually pick, I have no doubt that my present job as an untrained teacher, though low paying, can still enable me to comfortably repay my loan as I concentrate on well informed online marketing strategies which will see me make a minimum of roughly 100 USD as a first timer in online book marketing. My website shall e a combination of daily blogs meant to tap more traffic and encourage other youthful writers out there...
To reach a wider audience, and thus make maximum sales much as possible, I intend to hire and work with a skilled website designer who shall provide me with professional services including, domain, customized mail and enhanced graphics on my website where I intend to post and host daily blogs, picture and newsbits that are meant to tap traffic and market my book. Normally such services range anywhere between 100 to 120 USD depending on the service provider. Though sales are expected to pick slowly at first, I expect no complications in repaying my loan as I can use part of my salary as a an untrained teacher in paying the weekly installments -- moreover, I have chosen to repay an easily manageable amount of 5 USD per week for the first few weeks as I expect sales to pick before rescheduling. I will appreciate your help. Thank you for reading!
