I come from a humble family of five, father, mother two brothers and myself.I am the First born.i am an actress by profession and also a business person.
I finished my high school in 2011.I started my business to increase my earnings because acting didn't pay me well so i had hardships in paying bills.
My business involves buying used imported men suits (coat, shirt, trouser and a tie,all carefully selected to match) but of good quality and selling them at a profit.
I get this suits from a downtown market in Nairobi called Gikomba.
I buy this suits at $50 each then take them to a dry cleaner at a cost of $10 inclusive of nice packaging.
I sell the suits at $120 each and the best quality goes for $150.My clients include government officials, business men, boutiques and ordinary people including my friends and church members.I have grown a number of those i could call good clients, who call and order and also refer me to their friends.
I really need the loan because there is demand from my clients, they need official shoes and i also need to supply women official suits. I already have pending orders for shoes and women suits
I have been dealing in Men Suits(Coat, shirt,Trouser & Tie) that i buy at $50 dry clean with $10 then sell at $120 to $150 depending on the quality, but i have discovered another niche in the market.......High quality Men shoes and Belts that my clients have been asking me to get them.i already have pending orders.
I have done the research and got the shoes will cost me between $30 and $50 but i will be able to sell them between $80 and $100 a pair.
Leather belts will cost me $10 each but i will sell at $20.
I will use the loan to purchase these items because their demand is high. The little that will remain i will use it to buy one or two pairs of Women suits to also reach the women.
