Hi,

My name is Stephen Wambugu from Nairobi,Kenya.I am 35 years of age.I am an Undergraduate Student with a Degree in I.T.I completed my degree in the year 2010.I have been blessed to have worked in different Co-operates, Organizations and Companies over the years.Following the end of my last contract I was unable to get another formal employment following the high rate of unemployment in Kenya.So being a hardworking and diversified person I ventured into Cab business.Though still working under a partner.I have driven under the Uber cab service for an year now and have raised a summountable amount of money that can almost help me get my own car.But with the high interest rates in importation and clearance I have been unable to achieve this.

My Business

I drive riders/ passengers from their pick up location to their desired location.Owing to the introduction of the Uber services in Kenya people have quickly embraced it and it well paying.Fuel can be an issue but managable aftet learning many routes.I generate the owner of the car of Kshs.70,000 p.m and I make myself Kshs. 40,000 p.m.I usually save alot for my kids education and also to own my own car to put in this industry.As for other life needs we I have a good wife whom we share costs.

Loan Proposal

I want to top up to my savings and buy my own car which I will put in the Taxi industry which I am currently working under and it is profitable.I become my own boss.I need $1000 to make this a reality.I will be able to serve my clients better since I have the car at my disposal and in the long run get more cars and employ more people
