I Peterson Wanjema, I'm an agribusiness specialist. I have a degree in education and vast experience in agribusiness. In my family home I rear indegenious birds, dairy animals and horticulture. I have passion in this business and proceeds alone are able to sustain my family both on basic needs and education. With this business, I can afford to pay a loan of about 12000 per month. I need cheaper source of finance to boost my business. I have passion for my business and desire to expand the frontiers of the business to have an outlet where i can have value addition of my poultry farm.
I have been operating three streams of business i.e poultry farm that has been earning me 13000/. Though it has been challenging, i have diversified it through value addition and have opened an outlet to sell chicken products, chicken meat and eggs. The other stream is dairy farming and again, desire to also sell milk at the outlet.Dairy farm has earned me 12000/. I have chosen this model as it gives farming the real meaning of also enjoying the fruits of what comes from the farm being fresh. The operational costs are not enormous as the outlet has enabled me to do a lot of value addition of the milk by making yogurt selling chicken meat and eggs,. My desire is to buy a chicken frier.I intend to use the proceeds to expand my business and open another outlet
I need to hatch more chicks due increased demand of indigenous chicks in my locality. There is no much competition of ingenious chicks. I believe with this project in play, I will be able to make more returns and expand my business even further. I rely and trust Zidisha lenders to finance this project. Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards
Peterson Wanjema
