I grew up in the rural part of western Kenya, i am from a very large family my father had two wives, so everything was a struggle from food, to where we slept, to even going to the shower, currently i am a beguines person in the agri business sector , i grow different types of vegetable including, sweet potatoes, cassavas, my biggest mover is the Indigenous African Vegetable that i grew up eating, i am a husband a church leader and a father of 7 great children.
My business involves Farming, whole selling and retailing, i grow my crops personally, i whole sale this crops in the markets situated in the slums of Nairobi mainly kangemi market and mt view market, my biggest mover and the one that is in high demand is the vegetables they are hot cakes so i have schedule of harvesting every twice a week,the reason being why they are in demand is because people in the slum are looking for nutritional value and at the same time affordable for their large families.
Hiring of a tractor to plough the farm 2500, manure 2500 , repairing the irrigation system 1800, purchase of seeds 1100, this loan will help me and my family to have an advantage while working in the farm i will be able to buy the things i require.
