An academia with a strong research, coaching and a presenter at conferences through lecturing and facilitating knowledge transfer in international finance, accounting, capital markets, and change management. Producing Hollow and solid block and pavement block to meet the growing demand of the Real Estate Industry in Ghana. The machine can produce an average of 5000 blocks per day with an average price of GHS 5 generating about GHS 25,000 per day. With a conservative combination of cost and revenue analysis, a net profitability of 40% is expected daily.
