I am Kenyan living at Babadogo in Ruaraka area of Nairobi City. I am self-employed. I have a family of four, a lovely wife and three kids – two daughters and a son – all attending primary school. I am the sole breadwinner of the family and my web content wiring business is the main source of income.
For the last 18 months, I have been working as a freelance English web content writer for clients from Asia-Pacific and North Africa regions (non-English speakers). Currently I have employed four writers who work with me from my home, which is an inconvenience to my family and visitors. I plan to rent an office space and expand the business to include cyber cafe.
I will use this second loan to acquire a software that will fully automate my business. Presently, I have to take orders for my eight writers, which I intend to avoid by purchasing a customized software that will enable my writers pick writing jobs for themselves, and if there is a client's message, the software will forward the message to the writer's email and a second message sent to the writer's phone. The software will thus improve on both the quality of work and client's customer relationship.
