      Hello,

Once again, Paul, PLEASE don't confuse your lenders with the Staff,
a/k/a the Team (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team).

Although the two (2) current members of the Staff
also are lenders, most lenders are *not* on the Staff.

Only the Staff can help you with administrative and
technical issues. To send a note to them, please
--> click on the HELP link in your account.

      Thank you.

    Dear Zidisha.
Why is your app not working properly. I try to request for the small amount approved but it's not disbursing after inputting my account details but instead telling me my account number does not tally to my BVN

Paul, please read the earlier messages I posted for you here on this page. You are speaking to the wrong people here. To reach the right people, you need to click on the HELP link in your account and send a message from THERE.

You're wasting your time posting here in this particular location about any technical problems. You have to contact THE STAFF. To do that, PLEASE click on the HELP link in your account, which does NOT direct you to post here on this page. Rather, for technical problems, it refers you to post about it in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum: www.zidisha.org/forums/1

The Staff WILL see anything you post THERE.

      Thank you.

    Paul,

Just a quick note to inform you:

Many functions on this platform--(including but not limited to the loan amounts)--are determined by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, a/k/a the Team (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team).

To contact them, please always use the HELP link in your account, *not* your borrower-lender Discussion page.

Please don't confuse your lenders with the Staff. Although the current two (2) members of the Staff also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.

    Thank you.

    Dear Paul,

Please note that your lenders don't determine loan amounts. Those, and most other things here, are determined by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, a/k/a the "Team" (whom you can see here: www.zidisha.org/team).

Please also be aware that this is your borrower-lender Discussion page, which is meant for communicating with your lenders about your projects and your life in general (and theirs, too, if they wish to share). It also is a place for VMs to communicate with you and/or with your lenders. And it additionally is a place for you to let your lenders know anytime you may need to reschedule your installments. But it *isn't* meant as a place to try to reach the Staff.

Anytime you may want or need to send a message to the Staff,
please always click on the HELP link in your account.

    Thank you, and best wishes.

Those automated emails *don't* come from your lenders.
Those are coming from the Staff, a/k/a the Team: www.zidisha.org/team

Although the two (2) current members of the Staff also are lenders,
most lenders *aren't* on the Staff and, therefore, cannot help you with this.

    Thank you.

Paul, as I mentioned to you a couple of days ago, your lenders cannot help you with anything technical or administrative.

Please keep in mind that although the two (2) current members of the Staff, a/k/a Team (www.zidisha.org/team), also are lenders, all of the rest of the lenders are *not* on the Staff.

Your borrower-lender Discussion page isn't for trying to reach the Staff, because they almost never visit these borrower pages.

Instead, to reach the Staff, always click on the HELP link in your account.
To try to reach them on your borrower-lender Discussion page is a waste of your time because, as I mentioned, the members of the Staff almost never visit these borrower pages. Please contact them through the HELP link in your account. Thank you.

I have paid the N100 Loan you disbursed to my account instead of the said amount I ask for so why are still asking me to pay for my loan. I guess your app is not among the worst

All borrowers have a choice whether or not to accept the terms of the loan before the Net Disbursement is sent, which clearly show you what the fees would be.

You clicked to accept the terms; therefore, you owe the Principal Amount of the Loan, which consists of the Net Disbursement + the Fees.

The reason fees have become so high in number and amount is precisely because of too many borrowers having failed in the past to honor the obligation they entered into (even when fees were very low, when borrowers had an excellent deal here at Zidisha).

The only hope of fees getting reduced in number and amount in the future is for everyone always to honor the obligation they enter into here at Zidisha.

You shouldn't have agreed to enter into an obligation that you didn't actually agree with. It was clearly presented to you ahead of time. Since you entered into the contract, you owe the amount.

Only one loan at a time is allowed at Zidisha. After you've cleared this loan, then the system might allow you to apply for a new loan. Lenders don't control when any borrower can apply for a new loan, or how much the credit limit would be, or what the fees would be. All of that is determined by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, a/k/a Team: www.zidisha.org/team

Also, please keep in mind that although the two (2) current members of the Staff also are lenders, all of the rest of the lenders are *not* on the Staff.

It doesn't work like that here, Paul. As I mentioned to you previously, all loan amounts are determined automatically by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff, a/k/a the Team (www.zidisha.org/team). Unfortunately, a borrower cannot ask for any more loan amount than what appears as the credit limit in your account. Please stop posting here on your borrower-lender Discussion page asking for a particular amount, because the lenders from the public have no power to change your credit limit. Only you can do that by maintaining an on-time repayment rate of 90% or better, for which your loan amount may increase over time.

Keep in mind that paying "on time" at Zidisha is defined as paying exactly on the due date or within the ten-day grace period after the due date. (Keep in mind, too, that dates and times are according to the U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone.)

Unless the policy has changed--(I haven't seen any announcement about any change to this, though)--it's my understanding that early payments don't count toward the on-time repayment score, and that only on-time payments (as defined above) and late payments get counted in the calculation of that score.

In order to raise your on-time repayment score, please adhere to making the installments on time, as defined above. In order to qualify for higher loans, I think the on-time repayment percentage still has to be 90% or higher.

          Good luck, and best wishes.
