am business women of 55years old i had been in business since when my husband died in 1992.we had 5children whom ihad been taking care of them. i have being in different type of business for now am having a retail shop here njoro and if given these money i can boost it i started i bussines because of the problem i faced after my husband died i do educate my children thus i do pay fees and feed them through earning . also meeting their dairy requirements.like books pens, pencils and other necessity, i have given my children education some at secondary school education , other i give them courses those whom were not gifted with education . some of them are earning something small. so they are able to take care of themselves. others have familly so i do have two children whom am taking care of .ihave live i life of struggle all throughout because the properties which my husband left me with were taken by his parent when he died and i was left with nothing.so ihad no capital to start the bussiness with and the immediate thing i had to do do was to be employed in the poeples shambas as a labourer in order to get something to eat with my children . i have live a life of house renting untill one day when i got a small shamba and planted maize which i harversted 20bags and sell them then i got brought a small plot where am living now.
i do sell different type of goods eg sugar ,cooking fat, soap all the commodities used in house hold . my business is very clean and i do make sure the commodities are well measured also having good my standard verified by kenya brew of standard. i do get profit as i buy and sell my commodities every month ido have profit 10,000kshs,my bussiness has been facing many challengers because of stock .i haven't big stock because of lack of capital ,due to my background which has been poor all along.also being bread winner all alone has also given me a challenge in one way all another , but with god grace i have been struggleing and i have come these far. also with the njoro ladies loan i have been able to come up a littlle. and if funded by you my bussiness will come up. my customer preffer my bussines because am a mother of peace , softtake and more loving ,more welcoming .always available also i have tried to stock every knd of commodities in my shop, so whenever they come their is at least whatever they want. it is also clean , well displayed, and attractive. During a month like these of December when their is harvest my business do give me more return than anyother month.
thankyou very much for giving me these chance which i have been waiting for along time. with the loan i will increase the shop stock for example i will buy about twenty bags of maize and keep hen in store to be milling about two bags per week and sell as maize flour, since at these time the maize aren't expensive each bag is about shs 2300. these will help me make more profit to uplift my children life style since am a window. i will also buy things like sugar, tea-leaves cooking fat toilet paper these are things which make profit quickly since they are bought quickly. and by doing so my stock will increase quickly. also i will buy things like fertilizer and maize seeds and sell then since at these time they are in high demand due to the planting season which we are in and the rainfall has started falling these will make profit for me to be able to pay these money back. thankyou.
