Hey,Hope this finds you well.My names are Faith Kerubo Maseru.I live at Kibera with my parents and my 4yr old daughter who is such a delight.Ihave a diploma in Cooperative Banking and i am currently pursuing my degree in Business Administration and Management.i am passionate about Design and Leadership.i believe homes and wherever we spend time at should be beautiful and that is why i started Lushomo Designs where i design and make my own mats, all types of mats from floor mats to toilet mats to bedroom mats.i stitch the mats myself, one thread after the other making them unique and able to be customized to fit each individuals desire.
My business is Lushomo Design where i design and make mats.i stich them myself making the unique. My products are marketable since they are unique and can be customized to fit the client need or the theme color of their homes or Not only are they beautiful but they are affordable. One mat, depending companies. on the size can cost from Ksh 500 – 2000 to make and in a month I can make profit of from around Ksh.4000 – 5000.i can make more of this but the capital is a bit limiting. One of the challenges is that due to capital I end up loosing big orders from interior décor firms since they require quantity. I know my business will grow because it has potential and I am hardworking.
Thank you so much zidisha for allowing me opportunity to access funds from your institution.i will use the loan to buy raw materials for making the mats e.g threads,base-mats.
Part of it also will be use to manage other preparation materials necessary to operate my new business.i will also be able to advertise my new products to a wider market.that money will be able to help me cater for any big orders that i might get.
Thank you and God bless you!
