My name is Desmond Oluta am a single young man who was born and grew in grew up in Rongo in Migori county in Kenya. I grew up doing menial jobs at a local quary, mining gold that was the main activity we did after school, during the weekends and during school holidays, This helped me pay for my school fees as my parents were disabled and poor .I managed to attend high school from the little money i made from mining and from other menial jobs i did, .I later got a well wisher who paid for my college education at the Yolifa institute where i studied diploma in business management. .After my college i worked Rongo junior school as a teacher since thats what i could lay my hands on and i worked there for three years.I started my agrovet shop shortly after that from the little savings i got .Rongo is a cosmopolitan town and there is more opportunities. My hobby is watching movies and reading new books.
I run an agrovet shop proving goods such as fertilizers, seeds, poultry feeds, dairy feeds, animal medicines and many more. There are many farmers in Rongo and few agrovet shops , therefore i provide what people need.I chose this business because i saw a demand and i started this business to meet that demand. My costs are the cost of the shop rent , and license. I make roughly 30,000 k.e.s every month and am still expanding my business so i reinvest it.
I will buy tomato seeds ,that are on high demand at the moment, as people are planting tomatoes. They will cost $60 for a carton containing 100 packets of this seeds. After selling this seeds i will make a profit of $20., i will therefore be able to expand the business well.My general profits will increase by 10% and we will be able to create food supply for many homes. I will be grateful for any support. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
