About Me

My name is Sypriano Masika. When growing up i thought tailoring and textile related jobs are a woman’s job until i went to Bungoma and noticed an opportunity in the business in the town. And after high school I went for a tailoring course and later through the support of my parents i opened my own tailoring business in bungoma town

My Business

I'm a sole proprietor of Masika designers, a bungoma-based interior design startup that earns me about 100 USD net profit per month.
I specialises in the design and making of curtains, wall hangings, bedding, and pillows.
There are so many hotels and guesthouses here, and I noticed they had to travel to Nairobi to get even simple design curtains and that is when my business was born.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to buy more stock of tailoring materials at a cost of $ 100. With the stock i will be able to project an increase in profits and expand my business more
